Escrow keeps your funds frozen until you mark the order received. FE (Finalize Early) releases the money to the vendor right away. FE is only for vendors who have earned FE privileges. If a random vendor asks you to FE and they are not flagged for it, say no and report it.
Browse categories, pick a product, choose your postage method, and click Add to Cart. In your cart, confirm quantity and postage. Add an order note if needed — but encrypt anything sensitive with the vendor's PGP key. At checkout, pay with your wallet balance or use walletless payment. Complete payment within 30 minutes or the order dies.
Your walletless order is cancelled automatically. There is no "hold" button. If you need more time, deposit to your wallet first and then order.
No. Once you click finalize — or once auto-finalization kicks in — the funds are gone from escrow and the dispute window closes. That is why we tell buyers to inspect their package before finalizing.
Click Become a Vendor in the header. Read the rules carefully. Set up PGP and 2FA. Then either pay the 200 USD bond in BTC or XMR, or apply for a bond waiver if you have proven sales history on another market. Established vendors can also import ratings, listings, and FE status.
Bitcoin (BTC), Monero (XMR), and Litecoin (LTC). Most buyers prefer XMR for privacy. Listings can be priced in BTC or XMR depending on what the vendor chooses.
Disputes are not fun, but they are part of the game. If your order is wrong, late, or empty, open a dispute from the Purchases section in your User Panel. Include evidence: photos, dates, and a calm description. Rage typing helps nobody.
Most orders auto-finalize after a set window. The exact number of days depends on the product type and postage method. Check the order page for the countdown. Do not let it expire while you are waiting for a slow postal service — communicate with the vendor first.
Staff reviews encrypted chat logs (inside the market only), tracking proof if provided, and the vendor's history. Vendors with clean records get the benefit of the doubt; buyers with a pattern of false claims do not.
Trust on MarsMarket is earned, not bought. Vendors with FE permission have passed sales-volume and dispute-rate thresholds. If you see a vendor with a green FE badge, it means the market has vetted them. That does not mean zero risk — it means calculated risk.
New vendors start with escrow-only. They can apply for FE after building a track record. If you are a buyer and a new vendor pushes you to FE, report it. It is against the rules and the vendor will be warned or suspended.
